Fundraising & Charitable Donations
Date With Paint is proud to give back to our community by hosting fundraising painting events for local non-profit organizations in support of their causes.
We donate up to 30% of our proceeds from our events to the organizations.
It is very easy to organize a fundraising event because we do all the work!

Prior
DWP sets up the registration site, collects registration fees (processes refunds) and creates attendee lists. We respond to any correspondence, questions and communications from participants. DWP takes care of all the upfront marketing (creating flyers, email campaigns) and social media promotion. We do ask the non-profit to assist DWP in promoting their event by whatever means they are able (listing the event on their social media sites, sending email invitations, word of mouth & handing out flyers at their events)

During
The location for the event must have access to water, must have adequate lighting and enough tables and chairs to accommodate all participants. Depending on where the event is taking place (local restaurant or another venue), we arrive up to an hour ahead of the event to set up. We bring plastic table covers, painting supplies (paints, brushes, 16” x 20” stretched canvases), cleaning supplies, etc. During the event, our team of 3-4 artists assists each participant, as needed, in completing his or her painting.

After
After the event, we clean everything up, pack up our supplies and leave nothing behind, but very satisfied customers!!!!
Date With Paint also donates certificates for free painting events for silent auctions, raffles and other fundraising events (a value of $70 - $150).
